Service Description

Rudy sits on numerous Private and Public Boards with experience and training in Governance and SEC Compliance. He and often serves as the Chairman or Executive Chairman of the Board depending on the stage of the Business and experience of the C.E.O. and Management Team. Monthly retainer and equity grants is customary compensation -- terms and conditions to be negotiated.
